Megan is your go-to for all things Learning and Development at SEC. She jumped on board in January 2023, and hasn't looked back since. As a Learning and Development consultant, she is the first point of contact for training and development. She is passionate about nurturing their associate consultants, helping them master the intricacies of recruitment so they can be the best in the business.

Before her journey at SEC Life Sciences, Megan worked in various recruitment roles for about 6 years. She has dipped her toes into many different sectors, but found her calling in life science recruitment where she spent 4 enriching years. So, you could say she's a bit of an expert in this sphere. She has a knack for recognising talent and connecting the right people with the right opportunities in life sciences, helping her to thrive in this role.

In her first quarter here, her colleagues voted her as the Support MVP, truly affirming her decision to be a part of #TeamSEC.

Before she ventured into the world of recruitment, she was a personal trainer. Fitness has always been a big part of her life and it's something that continues to keep her balanced. In her spare time, you'll still find her at the gym, burning off any leftover energy from the day. Spin classes? She loves them! There's something incredibly satisfying about pedalling to the rhythm of the music and challenging herself to go that extra mile.
