Your Role as Business Development Manager:

  • Create and roll out sales plans - you're the captain of the ship, steering towards those targets in your region.
  • Handle the nitty-gritty of sales, especially when it comes to high-end equipment and crucial consumables.
  • Be the voice and face of the company: your presentations should reflect what the company is all about.
  • Build and maintain solid relationships that strengthen the brand and make a lasting impact in the market.


Experience and Qualifications for the Business Development Manager Role:

  • Prior experience in sales and business development, or in a lab setting, in the molecular or synthetic biology space.
  • Experience in selling high-end capital equipment to research and life science sectors.
  • Existing connections within Pharma, Biotech, and Research organizations in Texas is a plus.
