Role: Clinical Manager (Hiring for North and South of Germany)

Overview: The Clinical Manager will oversee clinical operations, ensuring effective execution of clinical studies and providing medical and scientific support for products. Collaboration with internal teams, healthcare professionals, and regulatory bodies will be essential to ensure compliance and clinical excellence. The role involves developing clinical strategies, managing clinical teams, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement clinical strategies to support product development.
  • Study Management: Oversee planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials and post-market surveillance.
  • Regulatory & Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, ethical guidelines, and GCP.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with KOLs, healthcare professionals, and internal teams to generate insights.
  • Training & Support: Provide clinical training to sales, marketing, and field teams.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze clinical data and contribute to reports and publications.
  • Risk Management & Safety: Monitor patient safety, adverse events, and risk mitigation.
  • Event Representation: Represent the company at scientific events and clinical training programs.
  • Team Leadership: Lead clinical teams and ensure coordination of clinical projects.

Qualifications:

  • Academic Background: Degree in Medicine, Life Sciences, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: Experience in clinical research, medical affairs, or similar roles in healthcare or medical technology.
  • Clinical Expertise: Understanding of clinical trial design, regulatory requirements, and evidence generation.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively.
  • Communication & Leadership: Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze clinical data and provide strategic insights.
  • Languages: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel for site visits and industry events.
