Our leading International client are looking for an experienced and proven Finance Transformation Program Manager to oversee the Finance aspects of our separately managed, concurrently running, International transformation programs.
You will be required to engage with the existing teams, Sponsors, local & global SME's & Process Owners, to facilitate collaboration and alignment of local program outcomes, with global processes, systems and strategies.
This role would also be responsible for pulling together an overall Finance Transformation Plan, reporting/articulating status to executive leadership, and ensuring that project and program Interdependencies are understood and respected, Risks & Issues are identified and mitigated.
Whilst the role is highly business & process focused, some experience of programs including ERP/Finance App system implementation is essential.
The role will start in early to mid August, will be largely remote but there will be an expectation to visit sites in the UK and potentially Europe too.
