This role will involve working on the production of vital healthcare equipment in a fast-paced environment. Your Role as Manufacturing Operator:

  • Assemble and test products according to established company procedures and technical drawings.
  • Ensure all documentation and records are accurately completed and maintained throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Work efficiently to meet weekly production targets, collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain the work area and equipment in line with company standards, following all safety protocols.
  • Assist with inventory accuracy by managing stock levels effectively.
  • Provide training to fellow operators on procedures as necessary.
  • Support other departments and participate in company audits when required.

Experience and Qualifications for the Manufacturing Operator Role:

  • A Leaving Certificate is required, and FÁS training in electromechanical assembly is an advantage.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Experience with SAP software is a plus.
  • The role requires strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Good problem-solving skills and effective time management are essential.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
