As the Medical Director for Lung, your leadership will drive strategies, champion the narrative for specific lung cancer indications, and orchestrate collaborations that further the department and company mission.
Core Responsibilities:
- Direct activities in tune with the medical strategy for designated lung cancer indications.
- Lead cross-functional alignment, ensuring harmony with both global and domestic teams.
- Mine insights, leveraging them to sculpt and refine strategic plans.
- Curate and implement the US Medical Affairs Advisory Board agenda.
- Pioneer the US scientific narrative development.
- Guide and disseminate key communications to US ONC MSLs.
- Steer pre-launch initiatives, ensuring flawless execution.
- Plan and oversee impactful external engagement efforts.
- Strategize the most effective deployment of medical resources.
Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant field; Doctoral degree (MD, Ph. D., PharmD) preferred.
- Proficiency in medical strategy development and clinical endeavors.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Demonstrable experience in engaging with external experts.
- Strong familiarity with FDA guidelines and clinical trial methodology.
