Stepping into the shoes of the Medical Director for Small Cell Lung Cancer, you'll be directly reporting to the Medical Head. Your role will encompass the meticulous execution of medical strategies, shaping the narrative for small cell lung cancer indications, and ensuring seamless cross-functional collaborations.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and ensure the successful execution of medical plans, focusing on project development, budget adherence, and alignment with overarching strategies.
  • Spearhead Launch Readiness Reviews, supervising pre-launch milestones and ensuring timelines are met.
  • Transform field insights into strategic initiatives, constantly evolving medical plans based on dynamic feedback.
  • Champion the coordination and execution of quarterly iMAP reviews, in close collaboration with the Medical Lead.
  • Oversee the Promotional Materials Review Team, ensuring the highest standard of derivative content.
  • Engage with, and foster relationships with Key External Experts, curating engagement plans to ensure maximum impact.
  • Lead and optimize Medical projects, ensuring all objectives are met within defined budgets.

Requirements:

  • Advanced Medical/Scientific Degree.
  • Demonstrable experience in relationship and stakeholder management.
  • Proven expertise in project management and evidence generation.
  • Solid foundation in Financial Management and Intuition For Business.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Preferably, a Doctorate degree with a focus on Oncology or a PhD in relevant Sciences.
