Role Overview:

As the Medical Lead for Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia, you will:

  • Oversee US local trial activities, encompassing trial design, medical guidance, data interpretation, and the implementation of compassionate use strategies.
  • Ensure medical precision and a balanced perspective in promotional and educational materials, for both internal and external dissemination.
  • Contribute medical insights to the brand strategy as a central member of the Core Medical Team, emphasizing Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL).
  • Build and nurture relationships with strategic partners, including payer and provider groups, along with authorities in the therapy domain.
  • Spearhead the organization and engagement in national and regional medical advisory boards.
  • Offer medical insights for global Phase III or Life Cycle Management (LCM) programs.

Key Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited medical school with M.D., D.O., PharmD, Ph.D., or equivalent degrees, with active medical or professional licensing preferred.
  • Extensive experience with pharmaceutical drug development and Medical/Scientific Affairs experience.
  • Board certification/eligibility in internal medicine, preferably Hematology or Oncology.
  • Strong leadership and organizational capabilities with experience in line management.
  • Comprehensive grasp of drug development, pharmaceutical market support, Hematology/Oncology, and evolving U.S. payer and provider landscapes.
  • Familiarity with OPDP, PhRMA code, and pivotal industry regulations; experience in clinical research, and foundations in biostatistics and epidemiology is a plus.
