As Business / Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for leading commercial efforts within a defined territory or product area. Your goal will be to drive sales, expand market share, and act as a trusted partner to hospitals, clinicians, and key accounts. Your role as Business / Sales Manager
Shape and implement territory sales strategies designed to meet ambitious growth and revenue goals
Build and manage relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, distributors, and decision-makers
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, while deepening penetration in existing accounts
Provide product demonstrations and in-depth training to clinicians and support staff
Partner with marketing, regulatory, and medical affairs teams to align on customer-focused initiatives
Lead pricing discussions, manage commercial agreements, and ensure all activity complies with internal policies
Track performance, analyse market trends, and provide insight to guide commercial strategy
Represent the company at medical conferences, trade shows, and customer meetings to strengthen brand awareness
Experience and qualifications for the Business / Sales Manager role
Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering or a related field
Demonstrated success in a commercial or sales role within the medical device or healthcare industry
Previous exposure to cardiovascular, interventional, or TAVI-related products is advantageous
Strong commercial acumen with a clear understanding of the sales cycle and healthcare procurement
Excellent relationship-building skills with a track record of influencing senior clinical stakeholders
Confident presenter with strong negotiation and communication abilities
Comfortable with frequent travel across the assigned territory for client meetings and events
