Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize cleaning product formulations with a focus on performance, stability, and cost efficiency.

• Provide technical guidance and hands-on support to customers.

• Conduct laboratory testing to validate cleaning efficacy and consumer benefits.

• Collaborate with R&D and sales to create new solutions and deliver technical presentations.

• Represent the company at industry events and stay ahead of regulatory and market trends.

Your Profile

• Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Formulation Science, or related field.

• 7+ years' experience in formulation development, application testing, or technical support within home care, surfactants, or specialty chemicals.

• Strong understanding of surfactants, enzymes, solvents, and formulation compatibility.

• Experience working in international, multicultural environments.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

• Willingness to travel to customer sites, trade shows, and conferences.
