Your role as Business Manager North (Cardiology)
Lead and deliver commercial strategy for your region to meet revenue targets and support overall business growth
Cultivate and expand relationships with key healthcare customers, including hospitals, cardiologists, procurement teams, and distributor partners
Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities and market gaps, with a focus on increasing market share and product reach
Present, promote, and support technical training for cardiology product lines, acting as a trusted advisor to clinical stakeholders
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, medical affairs, and regulatory teams to align on regional initiatives and enhance customer satisfaction
Own commercial negotiations, manage contracts, and ensure compliance with pricing and policy standards
Regularly track sales data and provide insight to senior leadership on market trends, pipeline development, and performance metrics
Represent the brand at key industry events, trade shows, and product demonstrations across the region
Experience and qualifications for the Business Manager North (Cardiology) role
Degree in a relevant subject such as Business, Life Sciences, or Biomedical Engineering
Proven track record in sales or business management within medical devices, ideally within the TAVI or interventional cardiology space
Strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of medtech sales cycles and buying processes
