Your role as Clinical Manager

  • Develop and deliver clinical strategies that align with broader product development goals.

  • Lead the execution of clinical studies, including planning, site selection, monitoring, and reporting.

  • Ensure all clinical activities comply with regulatory requirements, GCP standards, and internal quality frameworks.

  • Work closely with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders to gather insights that inform product positioning and market access.

  • Provide clinical training and support to commercial teams, ensuring consistent understanding of product benefits and use.

  • Analyse clinical data and contribute to scientific publications, internal reports, and regulatory submissions.

  • Act as a clinical representative at key industry events, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings.

  • Lead and coordinate clinical team activities, supporting project timelines and ensuring operational efficiency.

  • Monitor patient safety and contribute to risk assessment and mitigation strategies throughout the product lifecycle.

Experience and qualifications for the Clinical Manager role

  • Degree qualified in Medicine, Life Sciences, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline.

  • Previous experience in clinical research, medical affairs, or similar within medical devices, diagnostics, or broader healthcare sectors.

  • Strong understanding of clinical trial design, regulatory standards, and evidence development strategies.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex clinical projects across multiple sites and stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels.

  • Proficient in analysing clinical data and translating it into actionable insights.

  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are beneficial.

  • Willing and able to travel as needed for site visits, training sessions, and industry events.
