Clinical Specialist - (TAVI)

Location: United Kingdom (Field-Based

Key Responsibilities

  • Clinical Case Support: Provide on-site clinical and technical support during TAVI procedures across hospitals and private healthcare centres, ensuring optimal device deployment and patient outcomes.

  • Training & Education: Deliver hands-on and virtual training to cardiologists, cath lab staff, and nurses on device use, troubleshooting, and procedural best practices.

  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with cardiologists, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and clinical teams to drive adoption and procedural confidence.

  • Clinical Feedback & Insights: Collect procedural feedback, device performance data, and clinical insights to inform R&D and product development.

  • Events & Representation: Represent the company at UK cardiology workshops, conferences, and training events to share expertise and facilitate knowledge exchange.

  • Compliance: Ensure all clinical activities comply with MHRA regulations, company SOPs, and industry best practices.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Clinical Affairs teams to support business objectives and device adoption.

Qualifications

  • Degree or professional qualification in Biomedical Science, Nursing, Cardiovascular Technology, or equivalent clinical discipline.

  • 2-5 years' experience in a clinical support or interventional cardiology role, ideally with TAVI/TAVR experience.

  • Knowledge of catheter-based structural heart procedures and hospital clinical workflows.

  • Willingness to travel frequently across the UK, including overnight stays.

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
