The Role

As HR Manager, you will play a key role in both strategic and operational HR leadership within a dynamic and growing MedTech environment. You will shape HR structures and processes, foster a performance-driven culture, and drive talent and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the HR strategy in close collaboration with executive leadership

• Lead talent management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives

• Oversee and optimize recruitment processes for specialist and leadership roles

• Implement and manage HR systems and digital solutions

• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies

• Lead, mentor, and further develop the HR function

• Partner with international HR stakeholders to align with global standards

• Drive change management initiatives within a scaling organization

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all HR-related matters

Your Profile

• 3+ years of experience in both strategic and operational HR roles

• Background in medical technology, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences preferred

• Strong expertise in labor law, organizational development, and talent management

• Experience working with modern HR systems and digital tools

• Proven leadership capability with strong analytical and communication skills

• University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field

• Fluency in German and English
