The Role
As HR Manager, you will play a key role in both strategic and operational HR leadership within a dynamic and growing MedTech environment. You will shape HR structures and processes, foster a performance-driven culture, and drive talent and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the HR strategy in close collaboration with executive leadership
Lead talent management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives
Oversee and optimize recruitment processes for specialist and leadership roles
Implement and manage HR systems and digital solutions
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies
Lead, mentor, and further develop the HR function
Partner with international HR stakeholders to align with global standards
Drive change management initiatives within a scaling organization
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all HR-related matters
Your Profile
3+ years of experience in both strategic and operational HR roles
Background in medical technology, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences preferred
Strong expertise in labor law, organizational development, and talent management
Experience working with modern HR systems and digital tools
Proven leadership capability with strong analytical and communication skills
University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
Fluency in German and English
