Your role as Junior Product Manager

In this hands-on role, you'll play a key part in managing the full lifecycle of medical devices - from development and market research through to launch and post-market activities. You'll work closely with R&D, marketing, regulatory, and sales teams to help shape and deliver products that make a measurable difference in clinical settings.

  • Support product development and launches across the medical device portfolio

  • Conduct market analysis to track competitor activity and identify customer needs

  • Collaborate with technical teams to improve product design and performance

  • Help prepare marketing materials and training content for internal and external stakeholders

  • Gather and analyse feedback from healthcare professionals to inform product updates

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and quality standards

  • Represent the company at selected conferences, meetings, and events

Experience and qualifications for the Junior Product Manager role

  • Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, Life Sciences, or a similar field

  • 1-2 years of experience in a product, marketing, or commercial role within healthcare or medical devices (preferred)

  • Strong understanding of medical technologies and related regulations

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into product strategy

  • Fluent in both English and German

  • Confident using MS Office; experience with CRM or ERP tools is a bonus

  • Comfortable with occasional travel for meetings, training, or industry events
