Your role as Manager - Life Sciences Consulting
Lead cross-functional consulting teams delivering strategic engagements in product launch, commercialization, portfolio planning, and organisational excellence
Manage the day-to-day running of multiple project workstreams, ensuring high-quality delivery against agreed timelines and objectives
Shape project approaches and oversee primary and secondary research design, execution, and analysis
Translate research and data into actionable strategic recommendations for client stakeholders
Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client decision-makers, often at VP or C-level
Contribute to business development activity, from identifying opportunities to supporting pitch preparation
Coach and develop junior consultants, contributing to a positive, high-performance team culture
Stay informed of industry trends, policy shifts, and competitive dynamics that impact market access and commercial strategy
Experience and qualifications for the Manager - Life Sciences Consulting role
At least 4 years of experience in life sciences consulting or a similar role in the biopharma industry
Demonstrated expertise in commercial strategy, new product planning, and product launches
Proven understanding of U.S. market access, including coverage, coding, payment, and pricing dynamics
Deep knowledge of both medical and pharmacy benefit environments across payer types (Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, Federal)
Familiarity with reimbursement models across all major care settings (inpatient, outpatient, long-term care, clinics)
Experience designing and conducting primary market research to support commercial decision-making
Skilled in managing multiple projects or workstreams across matrixed teams
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
Advanced degree (MBA, PhD, MD, MPH, etc.) preferred but not required
