Your role as People Relations Partner (HR / People & Culture)
Provide clear, practical advice to managers and employees on policies, conflicts, performance matters, terminations, grievances and disciplinary cases.
Manage people relations requests from start to finish, prioritising thoughtfully and resolving issues with empathy and care.
Collaborate with Compliance teams on investigations, escalating more complex concerns such as workplace hostility or retaliation.
Use data insights to identify patterns and work with leaders to address underlying challenges.
Guide managers through organisational changes, restructures, and workforce planning activities.
Build proactive relationships with unions and work on projects related to restructures, employee negotiations and conflict prevention.
Experience and qualifications for the People Relations Partner (HR / People & Culture) role
Strong expertise in employee and labour relations, with a track record managing sensitive negotiations and consultations.
Solid understanding of UK and Ireland employment law; experience across Northern/Eastern Europe or MEA is advantageous.
Confident consulting and influencing at all levels of the business, across varied functions and geographies.
Comfortable handling tough conversations and coaching managers to navigate complex scenarios.
Skilled in using data and technology to support decision-making and spot emerging trends.
Committed to diversity, inclusion, and building psychologically safe workplaces; French language skills would be a plus.
