Project Manager

This is a contract opportunity to support a highly respected, international pharmaceutical company known for its commitment to advancing patient outcomes through rigorous quality standards. The organisation operates at the forefront of regulatory compliance and GxP best practices and is seeking a skilled Project Manager - Qualification for QA Projects to drive qualification and validation activities across a range of QA-led initiatives.

Your role as Project Manager

• Oversee the preparation and review of key project documentation, including user requirements, risk assessments, traceability matrices, and validation plans

• Review and approve validation deliverables across the qualification lifecycle (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ)

• Provide guidance on validation strategy and ensure plans meet internal and regulatory expectations

• Collaborate on software and computerised system validation activities aligned with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and GAMP5 standards

• Act as a key quality partner to ensure consistent alignment with global QA policies and procedures

• Proactively identify and address compliance gaps across qualification and validation workstreams

Experience and qualifications for the Project Manager role

• Degree-level education in a scientific or technical discipline (e.g. pharmacy, chemistry, biology, or engineering)

• Proven experience in equipment qualification and computerised system validation (CSV) within GMP-regulated pharmaceutical settings

• Sound understanding of GMP principles and strong attention to regulatory compliance

• Familiarity with international quality frameworks and validation standards (e.g. GAMP5)

• Ability to lead QA-focused projects independently while managing multiple stakeholders

• Proficiency in both English and German communication (written and verbal)
