Your role as Senior Business Development Manager DACH
Lead the commercial strategy, operations, and growth plans across the DACH region
Take ownership of key financial metrics, including P&L, EBITDA, and recurring revenue
Design and implement initiatives to increase revenue streams and enhance client delivery
Collaborate with leadership to align regional efforts with global strategic goals
Oversee improvements in service efficiency, delivery quality, and customer experience
Represent the consultancy at industry events, building strong visibility in the DACH market
Build and maintain senior relationships across the real estate sector to generate new business opportunities
Actively manage and grow the client base across institutional investors, asset managers, and developers
Contribute to positioning the firm as a leader in sustainability and ESG across the built environment
Experience and qualifications for the Senior Business Development Manager DACH role
Significant experience in the real estate industry, ideally with exposure to ESG, energy efficiency, or sustainability
Demonstrated success in strategic business development and revenue generation
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing KPIs and financial targets
Skilled in building long-term client relationships and forging strategic partnerships
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and hands-on approach to leadership
Deep understanding of sustainability trends affecting real estate investment and development
Confident communicator in both German (business fluent) and English (written and spoken)
