Your role as Senior Consultant - Insights & Analytics

As a Senior Consultant, you'll be a core member of cross-functional client teams, acting as a subject matter expert in data, insights, and analytics. You'll design solutions that help biopharma organisations unlock the value of their data and make informed strategic decisions. Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and delivering scalable data and analytics solutions for life sciences clients

• Applying cloud-based tools (such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform) to build and manage robust data systems

• Developing analytics for product launches, drug discovery, patient journeys, and commercial performance - with an emphasis on applying Generative AI

• Leading the development of dashboards and visual reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Sigma

• Collaborating with onshore and offshore teams, providing technical guidance and reviewing deliverables

• Translating complex datasets into actionable insights and presenting findings to client stakeholders

• Supporting internal innovation initiatives in healthcare analytics and Gen AI

Experience and qualifications for the Senior Consultant - Insights & Analytics role

This role suits someone with a strong foundation in data engineering and analytics, ideally within the life sciences sector. To be successful, you should bring:

• Proven experience in data engineering, analytics, or Gen AI application development, ideally with pharmaceutical data

• Strong skills in SQL and Python, plus experience with databases (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake) and pipeline tools (e.g. Airflow, dbt)

• Experience working with data warehouse and cloud environments such as Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks, AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform

• Familiarity with MDM principles and reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau or Sigma

• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills, with experience presenting complex analysis in a clear and compelling way

• Ideally, an advanced degree (PhD, MD, MBA or MS) and 6+ years of analytics experience including 2+ years in client-facing roles
