Your role as Senior HR Manager

  • Define and execute HR strategies in line with broader business objectives and leadership vision

  • Partner with international counterparts to maintain consistency with global HR practices

  • Champion change management efforts to support business expansion and transformation

Experience and qualifications for the Senior HR Manager role

Ideal candidates will bring a balance of strategic insight and hands-on HR leadership, along with industry-relevant experience and a proactive mindset.

  • 7-10 years' experience in both strategic and operational HR roles, ideally in mid-to-large organisations

  • Sector knowledge in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences is beneficial but not essential

  • Solid understanding of employment law, workforce planning, and organisational development

  • Familiarity with contemporary HR software, platforms, and digital HR transformation initiatives

  • Demonstrated experience leading HR teams and influencing senior leadership

  • Degree-qualified in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline

  • Professional fluency in both German and English is essential for internal and external communication
