Your role as Engagement Manager
Lead cross-functional teams on a range of commercial strategy projects, including product launches, new product planning, and organisational strategy
Define project goals, develop workplans, and ensure high-quality delivery across multiple workstreams
Manage and mentor junior team members, supporting their development and maintaining high team morale
Execute and synthesise insights from primary and secondary research to support evidence-based recommendations
Present strategic findings to senior-level stakeholders across biotech and pharmaceutical clients
Support business development by identifying new client opportunities and contributing to proposal development
Experience and qualifications for the Engagement Manager role
4+ years of consulting or strategic experience in life sciences, preferably with exposure to U.S. market access
Proven success leading project teams within a matrixed, fast-paced consulting environment
Deep understanding of U.S. healthcare systems, including pricing, coding, reimbursement, and payer dynamics
Familiarity with both medical and pharmacy benefits across U.S. payer segments (Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, Federal)
Experience designing and executing market access strategies, including understanding evidence requirements and policy impact
Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with senior stakeholders
Advanced degree preferred (e.g., MBA, MPH, PhD, MD, or similar)
