Your role as Manager - Life Sciences Strategy Consulting

  • Lead and deliver high-impact consulting projects across product launch planning, market access, and portfolio strategy

  • Scope, design, and manage projects from end-to-end, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and client satisfaction

  • Guide teams through primary and secondary research, analysis, and development of strategic recommendations

  • Present findings and insights directly to senior stakeholders at leading biotech and pharma companies

  • Oversee multiple workstreams simultaneously, balancing detail with big-picture thinking

  • Contribute to the firm's growth through business development, proposal support, and identifying new opportunities

  • Mentor, develop, and manage junior team members, supporting a high-performance team culture

Experience and qualifications for the Manager - Life Sciences Strategy Consulting role

  • 4+ years' experience in life sciences consulting or strategic roles in the biopharma industry

  • Proven track record in commercial strategy, product launch, or organizational planning for specialty therapeutics

  • Strong understanding of US market access strategy, including coverage, coding, pricing, and reimbursement

  • Direct experience with payers across commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and federal healthcare segments

  • Familiarity with pharmacy and medical benefits, reimbursement pathways, and care delivery settings

  • Prior experience leading or supporting primary market research in a consulting context

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional teams and client engagements

  • Strong communication skills, with the confidence to engage senior clients and deliver strategic insight

  • Advanced degree preferred (MBA, PhD, MD, MPH, or equivalent)
