Your role as Manager - Life Sciences Strategy Consulting
Lead and deliver high-impact consulting projects across product launch planning, market access, and portfolio strategy
Scope, design, and manage projects from end-to-end, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and client satisfaction
Guide teams through primary and secondary research, analysis, and development of strategic recommendations
Present findings and insights directly to senior stakeholders at leading biotech and pharma companies
Oversee multiple workstreams simultaneously, balancing detail with big-picture thinking
Contribute to the firm's growth through business development, proposal support, and identifying new opportunities
Mentor, develop, and manage junior team members, supporting a high-performance team culture
Experience and qualifications for the Manager - Life Sciences Strategy Consulting role
4+ years' experience in life sciences consulting or strategic roles in the biopharma industry
Proven track record in commercial strategy, product launch, or organizational planning for specialty therapeutics
Strong understanding of US market access strategy, including coverage, coding, pricing, and reimbursement
Direct experience with payers across commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and federal healthcare segments
Familiarity with pharmacy and medical benefits, reimbursement pathways, and care delivery settings
Prior experience leading or supporting primary market research in a consulting context
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional teams and client engagements
Strong communication skills, with the confidence to engage senior clients and deliver strategic insight
Advanced degree preferred (MBA, PhD, MD, MPH, or equivalent)
