A growing international medical device company is expanding in the UK and is looking for an experienced Product Marketeer to help set the foundation for long-term marketing success.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who's excited by both the strategic and hands-on elements of product and customer marketing. Rather than slotting into a fully built engine, you'll be involved in developing the tools, processes, and messaging structures that will support growth for years to come.
You'll work closely with the UK Head of Marketing and liaise with global colleagues to ensure consistency across markets, taking a key role in refining how the business engages with healthcare professionals (HCPs), patients, and partners in the UK. Your role as Product Marketeer
- Manage and optimise a varied product portfolio, working closely with commercial and global teams to align strategy, forecasting, and execution.
- Introduce and refine marketing processes that enable scale and consistency across the UK business.
- Support the development of messaging and campaign narratives that clearly articulate key product benefits and USPs.
- Coordinate the delivery of impactful HCP engagement initiatives, including conferences, webinars, and events.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure campaign messaging translates effectively into the field.
- Develop relationships with KOLs and create testimonial content from both HCPs and patients to strengthen brand positioning.
- Partner with internal education teams to support clinical training initiatives and contribute to the ongoing success of the company's Academy platform.
Experience and qualifications for the Product Marketeer role
- Prior experience in a product marketing or product management role, ideally within medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcare.
- Confident communicator, able to translate technical features into clear value-driven messaging.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to marketing performance and planning.
- Comfortable working in a growing environment where you'll help shape processes, not just follow them.
- Degree-level education in marketing (or a related field), or equivalent practical marketing experience.
