As Business / Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for leading commercial efforts within a defined territory or product area. Your goal will be to drive sales, expand market share, and act as a trusted partner to hospitals, clinicians, and key accounts. Your role as Business / Sales Manager

  • Shape and implement territory sales strategies designed to meet ambitious growth and revenue goals

  • Build and manage relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, distributors, and decision-makers

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, while deepening penetration in existing accounts

  • Provide product demonstrations and in-depth training to clinicians and support staff

  • Lead pricing discussions, manage commercial agreements, and ensure all activity complies with internal policies

  • Track performance, analyse market trends, and provide insight to guide commercial strategy

  • Represent the company at medical conferences, trade shows, and customer meetings to strengthen brand awareness

Experience and qualifications for the Business / Sales Manager role

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering or a related field

  • Demonstrated success in a commercial or sales role within the medical device or healthcare industry

  • Previous exposure to cardiovascular, interventional, or TAVI-related products is advantageous

  • Strong commercial acumen with a clear understanding of the sales cycle and healthcare procurement

  • Excellent relationship-building skills with a track record of influencing senior clinical stakeholders

  • Confident presenter with strong negotiation and communication abilities

  • Comfortable with frequent travel across the assigned territory for client meetings and events
