Specialising in innovative transcatheter solutions, this company is tackling unmet needs in aortic valve disease with a particular focus on patients with Aortic Regurgitation (AR).

With CE Mark approval and continued commercial rollout across Europe, they are now looking to strengthen their regional footprint by hiring a Specialist, Regional Therapy -UK and Ireland. This is a strategic, field-based role for someone who thrives on developing therapy awareness, building referral networks, and empowering physicians through education. You'll work in close partnership with sales and clinical teams to deliver best-in-class training and support to implanting centres, referring cardiologists, and primary care providers.

Your role as Specialist, Regional Therapy - UK and Ireland

• Act as a key regional champion for AR awareness, therapy education, and patient identification best practices

• Deliver on-site product and disease education to implanting physicians and hospital staff

• Support referral generation by building strong engagement with cardiologists and family doctors

• Lead workshops and present on patient selection, timing, and therapy benefits using clinical data

• Collaborate closely with Territory Sales Managers to target accounts and align outreach strategies

• Develop tools and training materials that support regional therapy adoption

• Collect field feedback to inform future product development and training approaches

• Maintain high-quality relationships with medical professionals and ensure ongoing educational support

• Travel across Europe (~40-50%) to key accounts and events

Experience and qualifications for the Specialist, Regional Therapy - Europe role

• 3+ years of experience in medical devices, ideally in structural heart or interventional cardiology

• 2+ years in therapy or market development, preferably with referral-building responsibility

• Deep understanding of vascular or cardiac procedures, with strong clinical credibility

• Skilled in delivering education to physicians and healthcare teams

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and clinical teams

• Confident working autonomously and managing multiple regional initiatives

• Bachelor's degree required; background in science or marketing preferred

• Comfortable with digital tools including the MS Office Suite

• Experience presenting at conferences or contributing to scientific publications is a plus
