Your role as Senior HR Manager

  • Lead the development and execution of a robust HR strategy, partnering with senior leadership to align people plans with business goals

  • Oversee recruitment for both specialist and leadership positions, ensuring a seamless and high-quality talent acquisition process

  • Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning and leadership development frameworks

  • Implement and enhance digital HR systems and tools, ensuring efficiency and scalability

  • Ensure compliance with employment law and internal HR policies across all HR functions

  • Guide and develop a high-performing HR team, providing mentorship and leadership

  • Collaborate with global HR counterparts to ensure consistency with international standards and approaches

  • Champion organisational change, supporting integration, growth, and cultural transformation initiatives

  • Advise senior stakeholders on complex HR matters, acting as a trusted strategic partner

Experience and qualifications for the Senior HR Manager role

  • 7-10+ years' experience in both strategic and hands-on HR roles, ideally within a fast-paced or regulated industry

  • Background in medical technology, life sciences, or pharmaceuticals is beneficial but not essential

  • Strong working knowledge of German employment law and HR compliance standards

  • Proven track record in leading HR functions, with demonstrable experience in team leadership and influencing senior management

  • Familiarity with modern HR software, analytics tools, and digital platforms

  • Fluent in both German and English

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
