Your role as Senior HR Manager
Lead the development and execution of a robust HR strategy, partnering with senior leadership to align people plans with business goals
Oversee recruitment for both specialist and leadership positions, ensuring a seamless and high-quality talent acquisition process
Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning and leadership development frameworks
Implement and enhance digital HR systems and tools, ensuring efficiency and scalability
Ensure compliance with employment law and internal HR policies across all HR functions
Guide and develop a high-performing HR team, providing mentorship and leadership
Collaborate with global HR counterparts to ensure consistency with international standards and approaches
Champion organisational change, supporting integration, growth, and cultural transformation initiatives
Advise senior stakeholders on complex HR matters, acting as a trusted strategic partner
Experience and qualifications for the Senior HR Manager role
7-10+ years' experience in both strategic and hands-on HR roles, ideally within a fast-paced or regulated industry
Background in medical technology, life sciences, or pharmaceuticals is beneficial but not essential
Strong working knowledge of German employment law and HR compliance standards
Proven track record in leading HR functions, with demonstrable experience in team leadership and influencing senior management
Familiarity with modern HR software, analytics tools, and digital platforms
Fluent in both German and English
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
