A specialist medical device consultancy is supporting a fast-growing, high-impact client in their search for a Senior Specialist, Territory Support - Germany. This is a field-based role supporting hospitals across the region in the treatment of aortic valve disease using next-generation transcatheter valve technology.

Your role as Senior Specialist, Territory Support - Europe
Provide on-site procedural support across Europe, including imaging review, valve preparation, sizing, and delivery
Deliver in-hospital training and guidance to physicians, ensuring best-practice use of device technology
Partner with Territory Sales Managers to support customer engagement and territory growth
Offer proactive clinical education and technical troubleshooting to surgical and cath lab teams
Identify clinical needs, feedback, and ideas for product development, sharing insights with internal stakeholders
Use advanced 3D imaging tools (e.g. 3mensio, Osiris) to assess potential patient cases
Support operational processes such as product ordering, replacement coordination, and account management
Travel up to 80% depending on territory needs
Experience and qualifications for the Senior Specialist, Territory Support - Europe role
5+ years' experience in structural heart clinical support, medical devices, or acute care hospital environments
Solid understanding of vascular and interventional cardiology procedures
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially with clinical teams
Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments while maintaining collaboration across functions
Proven ability to deliver clinical training and manage case support under pressure
Confident using 3D imaging tools and reviewing diagnostic imaging for procedural planning
Bachelor's degree in a science-related discipline preferred
Experience contributing to scientific publications or presenting at conferences is advantageous
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
