Your role as Customer Account Manager
Build and maintain strong, long-term commercial relationships with key customer accounts in your assigned region.
Act as the main point of contact for customers, managing all touchpoints throughout the full customer lifecycle.
Develop tailored service delivery plans and coordinate internal teams (sales, technical, marketing, support) to meet customer needs.
Ensure customers receive a high-quality experience through timely issue resolution and proactive engagement.
Monitor and respond to changes in the healthcare landscape, aligning services and solutions accordingly.
Translate customer strategy into actionable insights to support better patient outcomes and business value.
Experience and qualifications for the Customer Account Manager role
Proven background in customer account management, contract delivery, or commercial roles within the UK healthcare sector.
Strong grasp of the NHS and healthcare environment, including challenges faced by clinical stakeholders.
Confident communicator with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders effectively.
Comfortable managing multiple complex projects across cross-functional teams.
Analytical mindset with solid Excel and data interpretation skills to draw insights and make recommendations.
