Crystal joined the team back in July 2021 with a focus on supporting the life-sciences market in the USA. Primarily, Crystal connects Analytical Development Scientists in the Cell & Gene Therapy field to their perfect professional matches.

Building strong relationships with both clients and candidates is one of Crystal's passions, she loves finding the perfect personality fit for each company. For Crystal, there's nothing more rewarding than helping people find their dream jobs and watching companies flourish with the right talent.

Outside of work, Crystal's a bit of a travel enthusiast. Japan has a special place in her heart, particularly Tokyo and Osaka. When she's not exploring the world, she enjoys (or at least tries to!) unwind with a good book. If she's not engrossed in a novel, you might catch her rewatching her favourite episodes of Bojack Horseman or scouting out new restaurants to satisfy her adventurous taste buds.
