Before joining SEC back in October 2021, Morgan spent a couple of years in a different life science recruitment company, where he specialised in medical device engineering across the DACH region. It was a great experience that has helped him a lot in his current role.

These days, Morgan works remotely as part of SEC's Technology division, and he absolutely loves it! His focus is on connecting talented Software Engineers with exciting freelance opportunities at leading MedTech and Medical Device companies in Germany and Switzerland. He finds it incredibly rewarding to help people find their dream jobs while also supporting companies in their quest for the best talent.

When Morgan's not busy talking to clients and candidates, you might find him getting lost in Bank Station – he swears that place is like a maze! But, when he does manage to find the way out, Morgan loves heading back to the beautiful hometown of Cornwall to catch some waves and soak up the sunshine on the beach. Surfing is his go-to way to unwind and recharge.
